By using FindPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FindPulse. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
3. Anonymous Chats
FindPulse provides anonymous chat functionality. You are responsible for all content you send. Chats are temporary and may be deleted after the session ends.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Attempt to circumvent safety features
Use automated tools or bots
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By sending messages, you grant FindPulse a limited license to process and deliver that content to your chat partner.
6. Reporting
Users can report inappropriate behavior. We review reports and may take action including account suspension or termination.
7. Identity Reveal
The identity reveal feature is optional. Only share personal information if you feel comfortable. FindPulse is not responsible for how others use information you voluntarily share.
8. Disclaimers
FindPulse is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that all users will behave appropriately.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
